This was v ambitious of me, didn't manage to properly read any, just skimmed, maybe if I had more time they would have been useful?? but since I've already decided that I'm going to start illustrating the responses I received rather than conceptually drawing silence, I think I'll be okay without? (damn that sounds so lazy)
Got another book from the library called Patterns in the Landscape - The Notebooks of Phillip Hughes.
it is NICE. really lovely unique approach to drawing vast landscapes, focusing on shapes and lines. Could be interesting to consider this as a visual style inspiration??
I really love the full bleed pages of the mountains. Definitely something to think about doing in my book.
