Lino Prints

After becoming very obsessed with researching Inuit printmaking I decided to make my story ideas into single images. It was good to spend a day hands on carving - but I think I rushed these concepts - they're a bit boring and plain? Not too happy with them - but want to continue lino as a process in this project, creating stamps with which I make multiple different compositions etc!




Also following on from the research I was doing into Inuit Printmaking - my auntie in Bolivia sent me a picture of an original Inuit print her parents bought in Canada in the 50s!
